About DeWAG Financial S.à.r.l.

DeWAG Financial S.à r.l. is specialised in real estate holding structures and has been working together successfully as a constant team since 2008. Well-known international investment companies and family offices rely on our consulting services and quality as a sparring partner. We are a member of the Luxembourg Ordre des Experts Comptables OEC (association of chartered accountants). This means our focus is on providing consultancy in the areas of finance, tax and accounting. In particular, on the management and administration of real estate and holding companies (SPVs and SOPARFIs) in Luxembourg.

Your Specialists

Bernhard Rentschler works since 16 years in Luxembourg and has been a Managing Partner of DeWAG Financial S.à r.l. and a member of the OEC for 8 years. From 2007 to 2014, he was Managing Director of a large Luxembourg investment fund with a focus on residential real estate. He was responsible for controlling, tax and legal affairs. Before that, he gained 4 years of experience as Head of Finance & Controlling at DeWAG Management GmbH in Stuttgart and 6 years of experience in auditing and tax consulting companies. Thanks to his passion for travelling, he knows what it means to cooperate and achieve goals interculturally.

Jochen Krauss has been Finance Director at DeWAG Financial S.à r.l. since 2021. He worked for 8 years as Fund Controller of a large investment fund in Luxemburg with a focus on residential real estate and gained 2 years of experience as Finance Manager at DeWAG Management GmbH in Stuttgart. From 2015 to 2021, he worked as a Risk Manager at Mercedes Benz GmbH in the areas of preventive and reactive risk management. As a passionate marathon and half marathon runner, he is always equipped with plenty of stamina.

Julie Federspiel joined DeWAG Financial S.à r.l. in 2014 with a focus on accounting, reporting, tax and legal. From 2007 to 2014, she was a finance manager in a management company of a large investment fund in Luxemburg with a focus on residential real estate and previously worked for 3 years as an accountant in an accounting and auditing firm. She is not only determined in her job, being an avid cyclist and frequent reader, no road is too far and no book too long for her.
